Tribute from Greg,Diona and family Although we didn't see Laughton often as we live in England,we always exchanged Birthday and Christmas greetings and the odd email. I would often get an email from him around my birthday and never worked out whether he remembered or Kath told him.Laughton was a very special man,intelligent,kind and thoughtful.We could see why Kathleen and Laughton were such close friends.Diona was always so impressed by the beautiful bouquet of flowers that would arrive on Kath's birthday and Valentine's.He was easy to talk to on the phone and had a wonderful calmness about him.I knew Laughton from St Kitts over 42 years ago. He will be so very much missed but he lives on in our hearts.We will never forget him.May his soul rest in peace.

My deep condolences to Laughton’s Family. I had a big privilege to work with him for almost 20 years from my 1st day to my retirement on daily basis. I always admire his style of work 24*7 and his dedication to any task on his plate and at the same time his readiness to help anyone doing extra miles and extra work working after work …. He was a great teacher and technical supporter/trouble shooter of any Excalibur issue for everyone who asked his help. Laughton will stay in our memory as a Great Man and Best Friend. Slav Kondratev

To Laughton's family and dearest friends, I had the privilege of working with him in CIBC a few years ago where he has left his imprint on me as a very gentle, friendly and wise soul. I will miss him sincerely as I had always hoped to see him again in our return to office.
