Obituary of Theophilus Carter

On Saturday, January 15, 2022, the Patriarch of our family passed away peacefully in Brampton, Ontraio.  Loving husband to Ethney, beloved father of 7 children (1 predeceased), and proud grandpa of 21 grandchildren (1 predeceased), and 15 great grandchildren.  Theophilius will be missed dearly by his many nieces, nephews, and extended family in Jamaica and the USA.

Capacity limits have been reduced by 50% for indoor funeral services and visitations. 

Restrictions that will remain in place are:

1. Masks and/or face coverings are required. 
2. Physical distancing of 2 metres (6 ft.) between people.
3. COVID signage will be present at the entrance and around the facility so that guests can self-assess.
4. Contact tracing will continue.
5. 75 ppl maximum in the chapel.
6. 50% capacity in viewing suites.

Important Note:  Cemetery can restrict capacity limits as they deem necessary.  They are permitted to be stricter with numbers and we must comply.
