Obituary of Daniel Levert Vassell

Daniel L. Vassell (Danny) passed away peacefully in Hamilton on May 7, 2021. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and a dear friend. Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica he later migrated to Ontario, Canada. He was a loving and a friendly person who was a devoted man of God. 

Daniel was preceded to eternal rest by his father (Cleveland), Mother (Sylvia) and Brother (Errol). He is survived by his wife (Carol), daughters (Sashalee, Jackiw (Urah), and Stephney), Granddaughter (Victoria), brothers (Anthony & Devon), sisters (Cynthia, Paulette, & Janet) and multiple nieces and nephews.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. The Vassell family, church family and friends appreciate the support and prayers during this difficult time. 

TO ATTEND THE VISITATION / SERVICE:

3. Please note: children and babies also account for numbers.

Important Note:  Guests arriving at the centre must still complete contact tracing and answer the COVID questions.

Staff will continuously be monitoring capacity numbers. Once we have reached capacity, guests will be asked to remain outside, as there is NO gathering in the funeral centre at anytime

Outdoor services are permitted 50 people, however, that limit is at the sole discretion of the cemetery.
