Obituary of Lorna Cazwell Maxwell

Lorna Cazwell Maxwell - June 29, 1943 – February 1, 2021.

It is with the heaviest of hearts and the greatest of sorrow that the family of Lorna Cazwell Maxwell announce her peaceful passing in Hamilton, Ontario on February 1, 2021.

Lorna was a devoted woman of God, Mother and Grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband Burton and her sister Gay. Survived by her siblings Noreen and Gilda. Loving mother of Gilbert, Sylvia, Mark and Sharon (Matthew). Cherished “Grannie” of Serena and Connor.  Lorna will be sadly missed by her family and friends, her clients and colleagues at Bayshore Home Health and by all those whose hearts she touched throughout her life’s journey. She has left a beautiful legacy of love, strength, and faith.

Interment by invitation only to take place at the Hamilton Mountain Cemetery.

PANDEMIC INSTRUCTIONS:

Please be advised there is a 10 ppl maximum capacity permitted in the funeral home (includes children and babies) and a 10 person maximum at the cemetery.  Staff will be continuously monitoring capacity numbers. Once we have reached capacity, guests will be asked to remain outside as there is NO gathering in the funeral centre at any time.

MANDATORY:  Face masks must be worn inside of the funeral centre at all times.
