Obituary of Dorothy Higgins

Dorothy peacefully passed away on Monday, June 22, 2020 in Toronto. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Dorothy will be greatly missed by all of her extended family and friends. The family appreciates all of your prayers and words of comfort during this difficult time. Please be advised there is a 30 per cent capacity maximum permitted in the funeral home (includes children and babies) and a 50 person maximum at the cemetery.
