Condolences to Tony and the Jackson family. Tony, we didn't know your mother very well, but when we did meet her, we were impressed with her commitment to her family and her strength. You could tell immediately that she was a strong woman with integrity of character. We immediately felt a bond with her. Stay strong and love one another. Your mother is happy and at "home" now. Me and my grandma had a lot in common we were both Leo’s both fashionistas and very outspoken. She thought I was crazy and loved hearing about my stories about the clubs she would always say “ hey tay tay where you deh suga daddy” She would always pray for me and tell me I was a beautiful smart girl. Grandma Pinky was very lively and extremely hilarious. Even when we would visit her in the hospital while she was recovering from surgery, she always had us all howling with laughter. Every time I eat grapes and apples I remember grandma because those were her favourite snacks. Or when I hear the song "Royal" by Tarrus Riley I picture her dancing up a storm as that was her favourite tune. I cherished every moment spent with her. Kiss mama for me and tell uncle Lionel I said "howdy!" Sleep well grandma, Love always Tasha

My fondest memory of Pinky was meeting her for the first time. I was 8 years old, mama said someone was coming from abroad but she didn't say who. I couldn't wait for that day to come. When that day came I was so anxious, the car pulled up to the gate and I was front and centre. As soon as I saw her I knew who she was. I asked mama, "ah mi madah dat ?", and she said yes. I was filled with so much joy. Love is the greatest gift of all because Jesus is love. My mother, may your soul rest in peace, Love Colleen

My first memory of you was back in 1992. LaToya had just started walking and Raymond told me to bring her to see you up at Mama’s house at Woolner. LaToya made a great first impression by breaking your glasses lol Please know you were loved and in my prayers and thoughts always.
