What a great and amazing friend and younger brother you have been to me over the last forty or more years: You and Viviene have been great partners in love and in business and you have been a remarkable "Dad" to all of those children that you shepherded through life - and what a phenomenal father and grandfather to the many who are now successful parents themselves. You were the most easy going and loving individual that anyone could aspire to meet and to be associated with: You Victor you will always be remembered positively by all of those that you have touched and I am one of the many Rest in peace until we meet again December 6th 2019 Sincerely Winston W.
