Unfortunately, I did not get to meet Mrs Hyacinth Whyte, but my family and I are blessed to have met her son Pastor Green. By meeting Pastor Green it gives me a good indication the type of person Mrs Whyte was to have nutured such a Godly man. The apostle Paul complemented Timothy about his faith that it first lives in his mother; "I am reminded of your sincere faith, which first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and, I am persuaded, now lives in you also". 2 Timothy 1:5 NIV I too believe that the faith of Pastor Green was first live in his mother Mrs Hyacinth Whyte and as a result I can truly say thank God for Mrs Whyte and all she has done. May the Lord continue to bless and comfort her family.
