Obituary of Sarah Virginia Blackburn

It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our mother Sarah (Pearce) Blackburn at McKenzie Health Hospital. She was born in Summerset, St. Thomas, Jamaica and immigrated to Windsor, Ontario where she raised her children and became a contributing member of her community.  Mom was a dedicated wife and mother.  She was a woman of faith and a strong believer that education is a right for all.  Sarah will be dearly missed by her children and all who knew her.  May she find everlasting rest in the land of her dreams!
