Delroy, affectionately known to many as "Uncle Delly," radiated joy throughout his life. He had an unmatched zest that's fondly remembered by friends, family, and those in the community. From the halls of school, his magnetic personality attracted many who admired him. His vibrant passion for bikes was evident and continued to grow as time went on.
For those of us fortunate enough to be close to him, the anticipation of his return home from school was always the highlight. His surprising treats and little gifts would light up our days. Those were the days we cherished playing games, hunting birds, and indulging in playful mischief. And who could forget the hilarious breakfast moments with Uncle Delly making us laugh by playing with his boiled eggs? Those moments, although funny and seemingly mundane, are engraved in our memories.
Time might have taken us on different paths, but the impact Uncle Delly had on our lives remains. We hold onto the joyous times, the shared laughter, and the bonds formed over years. In his honor, let us cherish those memories and continue to spread the joy and love he brought into our lives. We'll always remember him, not for the void left by his absence but for the abundance of happiness he filled our lives with.

We would like to express our condolences to the family of Delroy (Dellie). Dellie was truly the life of the party. He was a true brother to his WEBZ family both past and present members. Dellie had enough love for everyone. But the love for his children, illuminated through his words every time he spoke of them. His love for them was unmeasurable. Delroy I am in disbelief and heartbroken. I remember the first time I and Denese met you at JCA. You walked up to Denese in your full ryder suit of tall black boots and full green and white leather, matching your bike. You and Denese went off to talk and that was the beginning, so many years ago. But Delroy this is not how it was supposed to end. From that time forward you became a part of our big blood and non-blood related family. You and Denese evolved into a love story that created my beautiful precious God daughter. Over the years we have all had so many memories, so many good times. It was just a couple of months ago that we went to the biker night at the club. You and Denese did a dance, then you started with some bad foot moves and one piece of style of dancing. We were joking and laughing, we had a great time. I never saw this coming, because if I did I would have told you how much I respect and I would have thanked you for your friendship over the years. I would thanked you for loving my best friend Denese and for the love and friendship that you and she shared. I would have thanked you for my beautiful God daughter and how you protected and guided her and Denese. I would thanked you for passing through each of our lives and touching and blessing each of us. Delroy Thank you. Delroy, Denese is hurting so deeply, she is doing her best with trying to be strong but she is really lost. Your children are devastated and in pieces without you, their father who loved each of them so much. Your family and friends are heartbroken and lost for words. I pray that you can see how much you are loved. We are missing you now and will always miss you.
