Obituary of Javier Alejandro Cottle

Javier Cottle (Ale) was a beloved father, son, brother, and uncle. He was loved by all and brought a smile to everyone’s face he came into contact with. Sadly, Ale passed away on March 18, 2023, at 37 years of age. Ale was born on December 28, 1985, to Mitzi and Audie in Toronto. Ale is survived by his parents, Mitzi and Audi, and his four children, Caleb, Phoenix, Taraji, and Jaxon. He is also survived by his siblings Crystal, Wong, Khajlia, Khadija, Javier, Tamika, and twenty-seven nieces and nephews.

Ale was a selfless soul; his passion for people was evident in all that he did. His love for his family was evident in his commitment to always put others first and serve them in any way he could. Ale was passionate about art, enjoyed food, and loved music and travel. He was always willing to go out of his way to help those he loved and made sure that he was there for them no matter what the circumstances. He was a giver, not a taker, and he found joy in the smallest moments of life, like spending time with his family or doing something creative. Ale was a ray of light in the lives of those around him and will be remembered for his selfless acts of kindness and love.  But most importantly, he took pride in being a father and enjoyed spending quality time with his children.
