My deepest condolences to Neil’s family…I knew Neil throughout middle school. He had the absolute best character. I always wondered after I moved away how he always knew what the right thing to do was. Even at such a young age. He was so funny too. I was one of the only Asians in middle school and he would always stick up for me with his might and kindness. Everyone respected Neil. A memory I wanted to share was when all the kids from school would walk to McDonald’s and cross a busy street, as I stepped onto the road a car whipped by so fast that my hair touched the back of the car. I felt someone pull me back suddenly and when I looked back it was Neil. And we looked at each other and said wow that was close! I wanted everyone to know he actually saved my life that day. And I will never forget it. He was a stand up man even at that age. Even though I am all the way in California now… I heard about your passing. I am so saddened by it but I know you are in heaven. May you rejoice in Gods arms. I will always remember and pray for you -Chun li

I had the pleasure of knowing Neil when he and his family lived on the same street as my parents here in Brampton. Neil was a kind, respectful young man and he always had a beautiful smile on his face. My children also came to know Neil and they are also very sad to learn of his death. We extend our deepest condolences to Neil's family at this difficult time.

My condolence. I still can't believe he's gone. He brought joy to his work colleagues. He taught me about Basketball and made me laugh every day. I'm going to miss him so much. Thank you Neil for bringing joy, laughter, and Basketball to my life.

Way too many memories. We grew up literally doors away from each other for the majority of our adolescent years. Still feels like a bad dream to know that you're gone Neil. Thank you for all the things that you've done. Continue to watch over everyone that you came in contact while you were amongst us in the living form. Gone but not forgotten
