Obituary of Jason Michael Pantlitz-Solomon

Jason was tragically taken from his family on Thursday, August 27, 2018 in Windsor, at the tender age of 20. He was a loving son to Dalton Solomon & Alecia Pantlitz. Jason was most cherished by his brother and identical twin Jerome, adored big brother to Jordan and Jasmine. He will be remembered as a caring and compassionate soul who will be missed by the many whose lives he touched.
