So sorry to learn that my friend Dulsie passed away. We shared memories over some thirty years she was a kind person we had a lot of laughter when we would go out shopping or church activities. We were once neighbors living on Greentree Court and some how we lost contact when I moved away. May her soul rest in peace and her children and grand children and sisters and brothers know how blessed they are to have her in their lives because she was always looking out for them as a family.
