Obituary of Israel Noel

Israel affectionately known as “Panco” to his family and friends passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 21, 2021, surrounded by the love and peace of his family. Loving husband and father, beloved grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He is survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren. 

Israel has made an impact and touched many lives though his words of wisdom, love, and his calm and collected nature. He was an exceptional man that exemplified the values and necessity of putting God first in our lives, doing the right thing, and the importance of family. His infectious smile, and laugh will always be remembered by all, and forever engraved in our hearts.

Israel will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him. The Noel family wishes to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during their time of bereavement.

Capacity limits have been removed for indoor and outdoor funeral services, including visitations.

Restrictions that will remain in place are:

1. Masks and/or face coverings are required. 
2. Physical distancing of 2 metres (6 ft.) between people.
3. COVID signage will be present at the entrance and around the facility so that guests can self-assess.
4. Contact tracing will continue.

Important Note:  Cemetery can restrict capacity limits as they deem necessary.  They are permitted to be stricter with numbers and we must comply.
