Our heartfelt and deepest condolences are with you Valerie and your family. Frank has left our family and especially mom and dad with so many fun and loving memories. We are so sorry to hear that he has passed. Although his sprit remains, he will truly be missed. May God continue to watch and keep you and your family as you laid him to rest. Our dumplin brother has fought a good fight, lived a blessed life and gave his all to you. Know that his Angel in Spirit will always be with you. The Dowell Family would like to express how sad we are to learn of dear Frank’s transition. We loved his laid back spirit and his excellent cooking skills, and he loved his recliner over at mom and dad’s house. Frank was so kind, caring, and most importantly loved and adored his wife. Valerie, you and the family are in our daily prayers and we are with you in spirit as you go through this difficult time. Please know we are always here for you and know this is not easy.
