Goodbye, Granduncle Mike
Dear uncle Mike,
It’s so hard to say goodbye, but I needed to tell you how much you meant to all of us. You were so loving to everyone you met . Your calm presence had a way of settling the room and making people feel safe just by being near you .
You were loved by so many, and it’s easy to see why. You gave without expecting anything back — always generous with your time, your kindness, and your heart, even to your own family That’s the kind of person you were, and that’s how I’ll remember you.
Thank you for the love you poured into us, for the quiet strength you showed every day, and for being someone we could always count on . Rest well Uncle Mike. I hope you’re at peace, surrounded by the same warmth and light you gave to everyone here .
We’ll carry your memory forward by being a little kinder, a little calmer, and a little more generous — just like you taught us.
I love you, and I’ll miss you more than words can say.
Until we meet again
Love by your grandniece shayann

Uncle Mike, now that you’re gone to be with the Lord beside your mother and father, it comforts me to think you’re reunited again. The fact that you and your mom passed only six days apart still feels impossible to process.
People may lose faith and ask why God chose you, but we must remember that God sent His Son to die for us. The Lord is coming soon and is preparing his angels for what is to come. We trust in God’s plan and hold onto the love and memories you left behind.
Uncle Mike, you were the quiet hero of our family — our anchor. Steady, dependable, and deeply loved by all of us.
Now that we see how short life truly is, we need to come together as one. We must put aside the small disagreements that grow into pointless arguments and choose love, grace, and understanding instead.
As we move forward, I'm asking you to continue be our family anchor and watch over us. Let us give Mama, Papa, and you a reason to smile — living not divided by pride but united in love, faith and and compassion.
You will always be missed, always remembered, and forever carried in our hearts.
Until we meet again, rest peacefully, Uncle Mike.

Mike, may your soul rest in internal peace. Mike made it so easy and seamless for all of us to send things back home to families and friends so even for that we should all be so grateful for the services that he provided. To Ms. Fenton and kids, please find some comfort that Mike's in a good place, and hopefully you'll be able to cope and comfort each other knowing this. One love, Larry.
