Tony, you were always such a kind and welcoming person. I have very fond memories of visiting your home when the kids were small and attending your summer biker parties. Thank you for including me on my first trip to Montreal — it’s a memory I’ll always cherish. You were funny, easy to talk to, and had such a warm personality. You will truly be missed.

Dearest Tony "my cuz" I cherish the times we spent quietly together shooting the breeze, and also times spent with family. I loved our conversations, and your sense of humour. I admire your commitment and loyalty to your family. Tony throughout your illness your faith in God was unwavering and because of this you were at peace. I felt this peace in your presence.
You will be dearly missed Tony, but our collective memories will keep you alive in our hearts. RIP "my cuz" Carl and I and our family extend our deepest condolences to your dear mom Ann, and all the family. Karlene Williams.

Tribute to Anthony Alexander Thompson aka Tony T.
The members of the Group, The Enlightened Ones (T.E.O.), extend heartfelt condolences to the family of Tony T. It is indeed a very sad moment, having lost a valuable member and friend. As an active member of the Group since 2021, Tony T. made a sterling contribution and naturally commands listenership and respect due to the positive way he interacts with other members.
He was a member who stood out for his advice, participation, and directions.
It is most unfortunate that he is no longer with us, but he will always be remembered.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Tony T. We met through the group T.E O and have kept a and positive relationship throughout his illness. Tony was like a brother to me. We shared conversations which were rewarding and despite his illness, we maintained some positive vibes on many issues. I am happy for those conversations which I now hold to memory and will continue to cherish. It was lovely speaking with his mother two days leading up to his passing, as well as receiving his daughter s announcement. That cannot be easy. I send condolences to the family and pray that God will strengthen you to cope with this sadness. I am also grateful that Tony saw the need to regard me as his sister and felt free to have the conversations we had. May God continue to bless the family. Rest in peace my brother.

My deepest condolence to the family, friends and coworkers of Anthony Thompson. He was an astounding brother, who was loving, caring, compassionate, and ready to help others in their times of struggle and needs.
I was bless to have met Anthony during the time of the Pandemic when a lot of us were terrified, struggling, uncertain of what was happening and what would be the outcome. This brother was solid as a rock. He gave us strength, hope, faith encouragement, knowledge and reassured us that everything would be alright if we stock together supporting each other.
He did all this while dealing with his own health challenges yet found it important to support us in our own hardships never focusing on himself alone. Hats off, nuff love and respect to this brother for showing us how to take a ruff life easy. Truly we will miss hearing his voice, seeing his smile, laughter and encouraging words.
Yet we know we are extremely blessed to have shared these things in this life with him. I know our friends brothers and sisters from T.E.O. Zoom group we will never forget you bro. I thank God for blessing us with his beautiful presence and we ask that God comfort the hearts of his loving family and strengthen you through your time of grief while reminding you all of the good memories that you’ve shared over the years. May God rest his soul in the peace of Christ in the bosom of Abraham Isaac and Jacob amen amen.

My heart was broken when I heard the tragic news of Tony's passing.
I send my deepest heart felt condolences to all of Tony's family members and close friends for a life cut way too short.
Tony started with transit three months before I did. He was badge 882...I am badge 886 so we were friends over 27 years. When I tried out for the acting supervisor job he always jokingly called me "soup" short for supervisor. We rode motorcycles together on a big group ride honoring a fallen rider. Over 200 rider's attended on that day. It was a ride I'll never forget for the rest of my days.
Rest in Peace my brother,Tony Thompson.
You will live in my heart every time I strap on my helmet and fire up the machine.
God bless.

On a cold day, my bus experienced a mechanical failure. Tony, after transferring my passengers, secured his vehicle and came to check on my well-being. He entered my unheated bus and suggested I join him on his bus, where he would wait with me until the supervisor arrived. That is the kind of colleague he was, always willing to help. You will be missed. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. Rest in peace.

My condolences to Anthony's family. He was a good man, we worked together at Transit for many years. There are many memories of Anthony at the dominoes table. His laughter and good demeanor was cherished. He was a good Union Steward who helped his colleagues achieve better performance at work. We'll miss his smile and quiet leadership. I've known Brother Tony for over two decades he was a kind soul, he was a big Brother to me. We would talk about work related things, life's ups and downs, a little aviation here and there but we talked the most about our shared appreciation for motorcycles.
I remember riding with him one Saturday afternoon, we rode through the forks of the credit and I think heading south the road changes to Mississauga road. We passed a camp site to the right and then a school if memory serves me right and then there it was, in front of us a long stretch of open road. No traffic, no traffic lights, no pedestrians, no stop signs, not a vehicle in sight. There we were, two grown men on high performance motorcycles going up and down that beautiful stretch of roadway. We were like two kids who visited an amusement park for the first time. Man we pushed those motorbikes to their limits that day and yes you're right, there is an inherent danger in operating a motorcycle especially at high speeds but you ride a sport bike long enough and you become one with the machine, and you experience this exhilarating, zen-like sensation of taking flight... That's what we experienced that afternoon.
We pulled to the side of the road at the end, took our helmets off and I got to see the biggest smile I ever saw on Brother Tony's face. Tony wasn't just happy, he was at peace.
That day was priceless, a memory that will stay with me forever. I will miss you Big Brother.
Walk good.
All these years and I had no idea we shared the same middle name.
Norman.
