Obituary of Charles Thompson
Charles Thompson, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2026. Born in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, to the late James and Agnes Thompson, he was the fourth of seven children. Charles is survived by his devoted wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and his last surviving sibling, his twin brother, Colin, and other relatives and friends. He leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, remembered for his warm smile, gentle wisdom, and deep devotion to his family.A faithful servant of God, he was a member of the Seventh DayAdventist faith. He lived by Christian values of love, patience, andservice. Through both word and example, he taught the importance of
hard work, kindness, and steadfast commitment to God. His quietstrength, gentle humor, and loving guidance were thefoundation of his family.Charles will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to knowhim. We will forever cherish his wisdom, prayers, encouragement, andenduring love.We take comfort in knowing he is now resting in the arms of the Lord,and we rejoice in the hope of the resurrection.
