Obituary of Clifford Palmer

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, family member, and friend, Clifford Palmer affectionately known as Neville or Buggie.

Clifford was born on September 16, 1964, and peacefully transitioned from this life on December 28, 2025. He was a man of strength, love, wisdom, and unwavering devotion to his family. His presence brought comfort, laughter, guidance, and reassurance to all who knew him. To love Clifford was to be loved deeply in return.

He will be forever cherished and remembered by his wife, Joan, daughter Caila, son Ethan, family, and many friends whose lives he touched in meaningful ways. Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in the beautiful memories, the love he gave, and the legacy he leaves behind.
