Obituary of Richard Anthony Hewitt

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard A. Hewitt, who went home to be with his maker on Friday, October 10th, 2025, at the age of 64.

Richard was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend whose love for family was the heart of everything he did. A true man of drive and determination, he was known for his strong business mind and entrepreneurial spirit. Whether behind the wheel of a truck or on the open road riding his motorcycle, Richard found freedom and joy in every journey.

He will be forever loved and remembered by his wife Gloria, and his daughters Kayann, Kaydrian, and Shiann, his grandchildren, nieces, brothers & sisters, who were his greatest pride and joy. Richard’s love, wisdom, and strength will continue to live on through them and all who were blessed to know him.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, at Grace Mount Zion Apostolic Church, located at 5865 Coopers Ave, Mississauga, ON L4Z 1R9.

Richard’s legacy of love, resilience, and faith will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Though he may be gone from our sight, he will never be gone from our hearts.
