Milton was the proud father of four children—two daughters (Beverley Powell-Harvey & Evette Thompson) and two sons (Charles & Jayson Powell)—who carry forward his legacy of love and kindness. He is also survived by ten siblings, five sisters and five brothers, who will cherish his memory and the bond they shared.

Known for his quiet demeanor, Milton was observant and wise, often offering insights that reflected his resourcefulness and understanding of life. He was a kind man, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need, demonstrating the love he held for his family and community.

Milton’s gentle spirit and unwavering support will be profoundly missed by all who knew him. His family and friends are comforted by the knowledge that he has gone home to be with God, where he will find peace.
