Obituary of Genelle Ewart

Genelle Anita Ewart was born on  June 4, 1984, in Toronto, Ontario, the daughter of Curline Christie and Delroy Ewart.

Genelle’s kindness and compassion endeared her to all who met her. Her joyful spirit and infectious laughter were complemented by her childlike wonder, fierce determination, and immovable faith.

A beautiful soul who left a trail of beautiful memories; Genelle will always be remembered for the impact that a love as full as hers inevitably makes in the lives of all who have experienced it.

With excited curiosity and childlike wonder, Genelle had a love of music and dance, as well as a fascination with pink flamingos and bubbles.

On July 19, 2025, our gem passed away at the age of 41 years. Genelle will be reunited in Heaven with her beloved grandmother. Those left to cherish Genelle’s memory are her daughter, parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and several dear extended family members and friends.

Sleep peacefully in the arms of your Saviour, our sweet Gem.
