With hearts full of love, we celebrate and honour the remarkable life of Thelma Joyce Able. She lived a vibrant life filled with ambition, love, kindness, and the joy of Jesus. She touched many hearts and will be deeply missed. Thelma’s legacy of love, grace, and resilience will continue to inspire her family and friends for generations to come. Thelma was predeceased by her father, Mackie Able, and her mother, Annie Marie Jackson. Thelma is cherished and survived by her devoted family - Marcia Williams, Maxwell Powell, Marian and Michael McIntosh, Marva Emanuel and George Ntim, Hyacinth Williams, Anne-Marie Grant, Steve Grant, Sonia Morris, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held on August 1, 2025, at New Haven Funeral Centre, 7025 Legion Road, Mississauga, ON L4T 1A8, Canada. A two-hour viewing is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The viewing is followed by the service at 11:00 a.m. The Interment will take place after the service. The interment will be held at Park Lawn Cemetery, Mausoleum & Cremation Centre, 2845 Bloor St W, Etobicoke, ON M8X 1A6, Canada.
