Obituary of Beverley Patricia Elson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Beverley Elson, who left this world on Sunday February 23, 2025 surrounded by the love of her family. She was a shining light in the lives of all who knew her, a woman of grace, kindness, and unwavering strength.

Born on February 13, 1958, in St. Thomas, Jamaica ,Beverley grew up with a deep love for family and the Lord as well as a passion for helping others. Her warmth, laughter, and wisdom enriched the lives of everyone around her. She was not only a devoted mother, wife, sister, and friend but also a source of encouragement and love, always putting others before herself.

Beverley shared a beautiful life with her beloved Levi Elson, with whom she built a home filled with joy, love, and cherished memories. She was a dedicated mother to Dane and Deandra, stepmother to Yanique, Monique, Javion, Ryan and Cheffanese, a doting grandmother to Xavion, Darius, Dante, Terrel, Tyler, Jaiden, Taniel, Avery and Mya and a treasured friend to many. Her kindness knew no bounds, and her legacy of love will continue to inspire us.

She found joy in prayer, cooking and serving her community,  always bringing warmth and comfort to those around her. Her faith and resilience carried her through life’s challenges, and her love for family was her greatest gift.

Though our hearts are broken, we find solace in knowing that she is now at peace, reunited with those who went before her. Her love, laughter, and wisdom will remain with us always.

Rest peacefully, our dear Beverley. Your love will forever live on in our hearts.
