Donovan Francis
December 27, 1976 – January 30, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donovan “Donny” “Juice” Francis, who left us too soon at his home in Brampton, Ontario, on January 30, 2025. Born on December 27, 1976, in Toronto, Ontario, Donovan was a man of strength, loyalty, and unwavering love for his family and friends.

A loving father, Donovan’s greatest joy was his daughters, Tamara and Desirae, whom he adored beyond measure. He was the dedicated and cherished son of Millicent and Durval Francis, a beloved brother to Gary, D!ONNE, and Devon, and is now reunited with his late brother, David. He was a proud uncle to Shianne, Isaiah, Jasiah, and Jaiyanna, always leading with love and wisdom. Nephew to Uncle Blue and Aunt Madge and will be lovingly remembered by all his cousins.

To his friends, Donovan was like a ray of light, demonstrating infinite charisma that made everyone he encountered want to be his friend. For those lucky enough to count Donovan as their friend, they will never forget his ability to make them smile, laugh, and brighten the day. His infectious laugh and playful spirit were contagious, and his undeniable presence had an extraordinary way of making you feel at ease, allowing each person to feel seen and valued.

He was a natural leader, strong, capable, loyal, dependable, and precise in all he did, someone you could always count on. He valued communication and connection, never hesitating to speak his mind or share a moment of laughter. He took care of his people without question, and his impact on those who knew him will never fade.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life at New Haven Funeral Centre—Saturday, February 22nd, 2024, at 12:45pm, Visitation at 10:30am.
