It's been one year since you left us my baby boy. In our hearts, you'll forever be my number one guy. May heaven honour you for how deeply you held our family together. Nathaniel, the meaning of your name spoke for itself, "a gift from God."
Rest well my baby boy!

Nathaniel is my nephew through marriage (my husband’s nephew) and ever since I met him over 10 years ago, my memory of him remains the same. Nathaniel has always been a well mannered, disciplined child. I was always in awe when I’m around him how disciplined he was. I recalled at our wedding (Oliver and I), Nathaniel was only 10 years old. The look of innocence on this child hasn’t left my memory. The last time in saw Nathaniel was at my sister, Orinthia’s wedding, just before the pandemic and he was the same well mannered kid! I recall him helping out during the reception at short notice.
Nathaniel, only God knows why you had to leave us so young but we trust His sovereignty and perfect will. Nadine, Nordia, his dad and our entire family, let’s continue to trust God and keep the great memories of Nathaniel alive!!

Condolences on behalf of my mother and myself to Sis. Nadine and Nardia. I remember Nat as a quiet young man. It was such a pleasure watching him grow and eventually start playing the drums at church. Such talent and gifting. It is so sad that he has left us so soon. I pray the peace of God over his family and peace for his soul.

This is one of the hardest news I've ever had to process. It literally took days for me to come to grips with the painful fact that this was truly real. My memory of Nathaniel is that of a sweet and gentle spirit. I recall an incident where he wholeheartedly played and connected with my daughter (his cousin) while visiting the US. I observed how gentle he was with her being approximately 3 years old at the time.
My heart truly hurts and I'm fighting back the tears as I type because as a mother, I can only imagine the unbearable pain Nadine is experiencing, along with everyone else in the family, particularly Nardia, and Nathaniel's dad.
God knows best, and my prayer for you is that He will grant you peace in abundance that you will not be able to comprehend, give you a reason to smile with each new dawn, and when the spirit of heaviness creeps upon you, you'll be reminded of God's grace which is sufficient to keep that which you have committed unto Him against that day.
We love you immensely.
Nat is not gone
For in your hearts he will live on
His smile, his laugh, his special way
Will comfort you from day to day.

Our Sincere condolences To Nadine, Nardia, Micheal and the rest of families and friends. Nathaniel’s death has left a void in our hearts and also the church. We were deeply touched by Nathaniel and his fondness for music especially the drum. Nathaniel was very quiet but has a way of reaching you. Nathaniel plays well with the team of musicians but if he had to play the drums alone without the keyboard he has a way of playing to let you forget that the keyboard was missing. He took great pride in what he did in the church. It did not matter what kind of day he was having, he made sure he showed up. Every Sunday morning he would make sure that All the Mic’s were set up and ready for service. He would put each mic’s where they belong and at the ending of Service, he would clean the mic’s and put them away and if there was anything else to be done, he would make sure he gave assistance. Nathaniel’s interaction with the Young People of Vision was Special. He made a promise to a few of them including my daughters that as soon as he gets his driver’s liscence he would be their chauffeur to church; they were excited and looking forward to that adventure. Nathaniel’s dream was to learn to play the piano and the Sunday before he passed, plans were made with him and other Young People to start music lessons. It was wonderful to see his corky personalities coming out when he is with the young People. Yesterday I had a reality checked at church; I needed a little assistance to do something and the thought came to me that I am going to ask Nat to help me and suddenly it hit me that Nat was not there and will never be there and I cried again right where I was sitting. Nathaniel is greatly missed and will be continued to be missed by all of us at Vision, especially our Pastor, Pastor Davin Pennant who picked and dropped him off every Sunday. It was that time when Pastor Pennant was able to have hearts to hearts talk with him about taking care of his mom and Sister. The last conversation Pastor and Nat had was the Sunday before he passed. He was excited to let Pastor knew that he was getting full time hours at his new job and he was looking forward to it. The beautiful thing was,Nat knew we loved him and we were there for him. To Nadine and the rest of the families, please stay strong, we are praying for you. Nat has impacted a lot of lives and that reflects the kind of job you did raising him. God bless and may you soul RIp

To date it's as if it's not real to me. When I saw your message, I thought this was a bad joke, only to realize that Nate truly had passed. I barely slept the night I found out, but in all things God still must be praised.
I met Nathaniel for the first time in 2015, then again in 2017 when I visited Canada. Nate was and is more than a random person to me, he was family. He was a gentle giant with a warm smile and soft words. He was kind and thoughtful and would always ask if I was okay whenever I was with the family. I remember our laughing banter when we went out for dinner of how taller he was compared to me. Wherever we were be it home, church or a social gathering, Nate was always the same. I may not have had as many years with him as others, but the impact of is passing has affected me no less. He was loved and will continue to he loved. Nathaniel, you beautiful soul of a young man, may you find eternal rest in the arms of our Lord and savior, Christ Jesus our Lord

I'm still very much shocked at this news. As a mom my heart breaks for you. I know I only met you guys a couple of times but he was a quiet, respectful, young man. I always admired you as a mom, and it showed how great you are through your kids. May God give you strength during this time. Heaven is receiving another angel. There have been quite a few losses for me this past year, but this one was definately a surprise. It hit me hard, and I only met you guys a couple of times.
