Bernice Unice Whitely

On Friday April 3rd, 2026 Bernice Unice Simpson-Whitely passed away peacefully in Brampton, Ontario, Canada at the age of 92.  

She was the beloved wife of her predeceased husband Lyndon Albert Whitely. Natives of Manchester, Jamaica, Bernice's final resting place will be beside her dearly loved husband.  

Bernice was a devoted mother,

                                      a cherished grandmother of 14,

                                      a cherished great grandmother of 19,

                                      and a cherished great-great grandmother of 3.

Bernice was also a trusted sister, aunt, mother-in-law and dear friend.

A lively and friendly soul, known for her wonderful storytelling and warm spirit; Bernice brought joy to all of those around her.

Bernice was deeply loved and will be truly missed.
