It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cora Alleyne at the age of 90, originally from Mount Friendship Hill, St. Michael, Barbados. Cora passed away on August 11, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. She was a devoted wife to Shaphan for 58 years, mother to Michelle, cherished grandmother to Khalil and Dequan, great grandmother to Isaiah, adored mother-in-law to Patrick and grandmother-in-law to Leslie and Eve. Cora was a beloved sister to Elsie, Glenfield, Theo, Valda, and Denise. She will be missed by her cousins Roslyn, (the late) Jerome, Joan, Arlene, and many friends. Cora was such a source of strength and comfort.
She will be lovingly remembered by many, sleeping peacefully, in the arms of her Saviour!
